The use of your credit card for your purchases in the online store "mobilecase.gr" is completely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions. Once you have completed all the information required to register the order you will be automatically transferred to the secure website of the EUROBANK bank where you will be able to fill in your credit card details directly. To pay by credit card, you will need to fill in the relevant form the exact name of the cardholder, the number and expiration date of your credit card, as well as the three-digit number (CVV) on the back of the card. Checking and payment is made immediately, as long as you are connected to the bank. In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the holder of the card used for the transaction.

  2. CASH ON DELIVERY

    Pay for your order by delivering it to your place. The method of delivery applies to all cities and regardless of the order amount. According to the applicable tax provisions, transactions exceeding the value of 500,00€ for the sale of goods or the provision of services must be made exclusively using card payment instruments or other electronic means of payment.

    The customer pays by delivering the order to his place, the employee of the courier company. The delivery service is charged at a cost of 1.5 € .

  3. DEPOSIT IN BANK ACCOUNT

    You can prepay your order by depositing the money in one of the following bank accounts:

    If you are using web banking you can deposit the amount and email us at info@mobilecase.gr the proof of deposit. Select the bank you want above (by clicking on each bank) and you will be directed to the corresponding web banking page of your bank.

    In the deposit we must receive the full amount to proceed with your order. In case the payment is made by another bank you should choose "Sender" when you are asked to specify who is in charge of the costs, (sender, recipient, or both). If we do not receive the full amount net without reservations your order will not proceed.
    Your order will not be sent until the amount appears in our account.
